Sharon Wilson

Sharon Wilson is a name that has been synonymous with outstanding performance in the Greenville real estate market for decades. Her style is a harmonious blend of graciousness, approachability, attention-to-detail, and uncompromising professionalism. Her industry recognition has earned endless accolades from peers and clients alike, which has made her presence a true hallmark to Greenville and the upstate. 

Motivated to create a new synergy in the Greenville real estate market, she co-founded Wilson Associates Real Estate in 2014, where she now serves as president and broker-in-charge to a team of 29 full-time agents. This leadership has gleaned sales awards locally and regionally as well as the 2019 50 Most Influential Award, 2020 Women of Influence Award, #2 for 2021 GSA Business Reports’ Real Estate Power List, and the Business of Integrity Award for Outstanding Community Service by the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate. Now in its seventh year, Wilson Associates consistently ranks among the top 10 performing real estate companies in Greenville and is an affiliate of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a referral network serving clients nationwide and globally.  

Recognition aside, Sharon’s motivation to succeed has never been about achieving awards or setting sales goals per se, it has always been about loving what she does and prioritizing her clients…and these past couple of years have been no different. Conducting business with the ultimate goal of doing “What’s best for the client” is the guiding mindset of Wilson Associates. 

With the hardships of the COVID 19 pandemic, the real estate industry, like many industries, was greatly affected. However, in true fashion, Wilson Associates put the safety of their clients, agents, and staff first by providing proper personal protective equipment and weekly office sanitizations from SimplySterile Solutions. In addition to these steps, a shift towards digitizing their marketing by offering FaceTime showings, safety training programs for agents, and virtual house tours have amplified their standard of care and service. 

One of Sharon’s favorite aspects of running her own company has been the opportunity to handpick and mentor a team of real estate professionals who share her work ethic to exceed client expectations as well as Wilson Associate’s corporate commitment to finding ways to give back to the community.  

As a seventh generation Greenvillian, Sharon has encouraged everyone at Wilson Associates to support a charity of their choice by contributing their time, making a donation, or both, to help make Greenville a better place. This company is proud to support many local organizations, such as Project Host, Cancer Society of Greenville County, Artisphere, the Julie Valentine Center, and the Meyers Center.
