Kendall Keir

Kendall Keir believes in challenging herself and the status quo every day. Whether she is negotiating a better deal, finding the perfect house or buyer, or pushing her body to its limits in a 50k ultra marathon, she is passionate about giving her all. She also understands the power of active listening to uncover each buyer and seller’s motivations, desires, and needs and the importance of a service mindset.

A Greenville native who left after high school, Kendall was profoundly influenced by her entrepreneurial and business-minded parents. With a father who bought and sold multiple commercial properties, real estate is in her blood. After years away from her hometown, she found herself pulled back, returning to Greenville in 2013 and becoming a real estate agent in 2018. Since then, she has lived in multiple areas of the city and helped countless people buy and sell personal and investment properties at the optimal time and price, becoming a top producer at another well-respected local firm prior to joining Wilson Associates in 2023.

Kendall credits her optimism, adaptability, and savoir-faire to her world travels, which began in early childhood and have remained a life-long passion. She is also committed to enhancing her community by serving as a board member at The Warehouse Theater and participating in multiple events and initiatives in support of those with Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and arts management from The College of Charleston and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Illinois – Chicago. She and her husband enjoy travel, yoga and fitness activities, and hanging out with their very spoiled pup, Hurley.
