She’s also a self-professed data nerd who prides herself on her deep understanding of market trends and dynamics – both in individual Upstate neighborhoods and nationally. A native of Nashville who earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Clare is always happiest when busy. In her free time, you’ll find her supporting causes close to heart, including volunteering with Soteria, Rebuild Upstate, and the Make A Wish Foundation, or taking care of her beloved pets, including five rescue dogs and a very cool cat.
