Erin Phillips

Agent

A native of Greenville and a seasoned world traveler, Erin brings a unique mix of in-depth knowledge of the local market paired with a global perspective essential to buyers and sellers from near and far. Building on a fifteen-year career in marketing communications, she also knows a thing or two about what appeals to buyers and how to effectively serve sellers.

Erin is adept in facilitating the discussions, actions and negotiation that helped build the brands of household names like Capital One, BMW, Le Creuset and Clemson University. Today, that invaluable experience goes to work in helping clients fulfill their real estate goals, but it’s Erin’s drive, ambition and desire to be a staunch advocate for her clients that sets her apart and gives clients the competitive edge required in today’s real estate market.

Having moved and relocated six times in the past 13 years, Erin fully understands the complexity and stress of buying or selling a home. As a mother of three children in three different area schools-public, charter and private-and someone who has lived, worked and served the Upstate community, she also understands the area’s educational options and neighborhoods on an unparalleled level. Remaining optimistic at all times and working hard, paired with Erin’s charismatic ability to build and maintain strong working and personal relationships ensure that she and her clients can leverage a rich and diverse network. This community runs deep in-person, but also digitally, where she has cultivated a network of more than 35,000 people.

Erin and her husband, Ryan, live in Greenville with their children-Sullivan and twins Finley and Francis-and two dogs, Weller and Goose. The family is very familiar with the importance of mobility accommodations and unique housing requirements, as one of her children has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. In her spare time, Erin serves as the PTA vice president of The Meyer Center for Special Children and a volunteer at KIND of the Upstate, First Tee of Greenville and the Greenville Clemson Club.

Erin is energized by her hometown’s growth, motivated to make a difference, and eager to help you sell or find your perfect home.
