At her core, Liz Nunnally is a fixer and a caregiver, focused on making a difference in the lives of her clients and in her community. Her genuine concern and personal touch have led to great success and many repeat customers and referrals over the course of her 11 years in real estate. The perfect combination of right-brain empathy and intuition and left-brain analytics, she prides herself on truly understanding both the details of the market and each deal and the relationships and emotions that often drive them.
A self-professed numbers person, Liz spent many years in the banking and personal finance sector, where she excelled in listening to her clients and helping them achieve their financial and personal goals, skills which have translated well in her real estate work. She grasps the financial side of transactions as well as anyone and can help shepherd even the most complex sales situations. In keeping with her nurturing nature, she also worked as a preschool teacher at Shannon Forest Christian School while she was raising her now-grown daughter.
Liz’s Greenville roots run deep. This is where she’s lived for more than 40 years, raised her family, and built strong relationships, so she is uniquely qualified to counsel her clients on finding the right neighborhoods, schools, and community resources for their specific needs and lifestyle preferences.
Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Converse College. She and her husband, John, a mortgage lender, have been married for 33 years. Along with their beloved rescue cats, Honeycat and Sylvester, they live in the Willow Creek neighborhood but make frequent trips to the Clemson area to visit their daughter. In her spare time, Liz enjoys reading, traveling, and being outdoors – hiking, going to the beach (especially Litchfield), and tending to her flower gardens. She is also very involved with First Presbyterian Church, where she leads a Bible study group and serves on the wedding guild.
Always eager to help, Liz invites you to work with her to turn your next move into your best move.
