Mia Johansson

Realtor Associate

Home is where Mia Johansson’s heart is–whether its focusing on her home or those of her clients. Born into a family of craftsmen, designers, architects, and custom residential builders, her love of all things home-related runs deep and led her, inevitably, to a career in real estate. Her philosophy is simple: Real estate is not just about transactions but also about transitions.

While her in-depth knowledge of the industry, especially new construction and custom projects, is hard to beat, it’s her background in business and human-centered design, which emphasizes understanding people, focusing on details, and creating experiences around their needs and wants, that truly sets her apart from other agents. Mia goes above and beyond to truly connect with clients and deliver for them, employing a “yes, and…” attitude that focuses on building on others’ ideas, creating positive momentum, and viewing the home as the basis of wellbeing and harmony.

Greenville has always been home to Mia, but this hometown girl has seen a lot of the world. She lived in Finland and Sweden before returning to the Upstate to raise her family. She loves the area’s unique combination of bustling energy and small-town feel, as well as its dedication to smart growth and outdoor living.

Mia and her husband, Erik, live in downtown Greenville with their three young children. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the Turku University of Applied Sciences in Turku, Finland, as well as a Master of Business and Design degree from the HDK-Valand Academy of Art and Design at the University of Gothenburg in Gothenburg, Sweden.

If you’re looking for more than an agent, someone who will really connect with you to help you find or sell a home you love and a space where you truly belong, Mia Johansson is the perfect choice for you.
