He’s also an agent who understands first-hand the stress and uncertainty that’s involved in buying or selling a home, as well as having to relocate many times over! Richard has bought and sold 9 homes over the course of a successful sales career that involved moving all over the US. Having been on both sides of many real estate transactions, he knows the importance of really listening, of maintaining frequent communication and of creating strong partnerships. As someone who could have lived anywhere, Richard and his wife Emmy chose Greenville as the ideal place to raise their young son.
