Jim Cordes has over forty years of experience in executive management positions in the energy industry. As chief executive officer of interstate transmission companies delivering over twelve percent of the nation’s natural gas to markets throughout the Midwest, Colorado and Wyoming, Jim was ultimately responsible for the construction of interstate and intrastate natural gas pipelines and storage projects, compressor stations and onshore and offshore transmission facilities.
Chris Kinsella, a licensed builder in South Carolina and the City of Greenville, brings over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Since 2006, as Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Premier Construction Company, Chris has been building custom homes and managing major residential renovations in the Carolinas. From 2013 until 2019, Chris was the Senior Project Manager for Gabriel Builders, responsible for the management and on-site supervision of the construction of custom homes in Greenville and the communities around Lake Keowee valued at between $1.5 and $13 million. In addition to Southland Place, Chris is also involved in a large apartment project in Spartanburg as well as the construction of single family homes in the Upstate.
