Chandler Gray

Chandler Gray truly cares about, connects, and communicates effectively with her clients and co-workers. These skills, gained through her years working as an elementary school teacher have made her extremely successful in effectively developing the arts of negotiation, compromise, and creating win-wins inherent in the real estate business. And, if you’re looking for someone who knows a ton about area schools, her qualifications are tough to beat.

While not a native of the area, Chandler spent a huge portion of her youth at her family’s lakehouse on Lake Keowee, so not only has Greenville always felt like a second home to her, but she brings deep expertise of the vacation home, rental property, and lake markets.

Chandler’s clients say she is very solutions-oriented, marketing-savvy, empathetic and well-organized, keeping everyone happy and everyone and everything on track, ensuring that an often stressful situation becomes not only much easier, but, often, the enjoyable.

A world traveler who has called Greenville home for the past ten years, Chandler is a proud graduate of Furman University. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education. In addition to working as a third and fifth grade teacher, which she credits with teaching her how to deal with pretty much anyone, prior to joining Wilson Associates, she also worked for a small marketing agency where she honed her ability to sell.

After stints in Traveler’s Rest, on Faris Road, in downtown Greenville, and in the Augusta Road area (where she gutted and renovated a condo she keeps as a rental property, Chandler and her husband now live in Greer. She’s happy to help share her knowledge of schools, the lakes, different parts of the Upstate, and different types of properties.
