As a top producing agent across a wide range of price points and communities, including existing and new home sales, she has developed a broad network of contacts, strong relationships with fellow realtors, and close working relationships with local clients, who have come to trust her guidance and rely on her expertise. In addition to serving as the listing and selling agent for countless existing high-end properties, Holly has also used her unsurpassed sales and project management skills working with builders, including serving as an on-site agent or sales partner for several local custom home builders like Coln Construction and Carson-Speer Builders and successfully marketing several luxury communities, including The Cliffs and The Ridges at Paris Mountain.

Although she has extensive knowledge of and a passion for new home construction, her first love and true calling is in residential real estate and general brokerage, helping a wide range of people buy and sell homes. She has been a top-five producer for several of the area’s most respected real estate firms, earning a reputation for superior service, an eye for design, and top-notch negotiation skills, as well as many repeat clients. Simply put, with Holly at the helm, homebuyers and sellers remain happy, engaged, and informed throughout the process and can rest assured that they are getting the best deal.

Holly and her husband relocated to Greenville from Southern California 20 years ago to raise their three children and have never looked back. She serves the community she loves so much as a board member of Greenville’s annual Euphoria festival and as a volunteer and puppy foster mom through Day Before the Rainbow. In addition to earning the professional distinctions/designations of senior real estate specialist, certified residential specialist, and certified luxury home marketing specialist, Holly has also devoted herself to furthering her profession and mentoring the next generation of agents as a trustee of The Professional Women in Building (a chapter of the Homebuilders Association of Greenville) and as a member and the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.
