What do you love most about living in the Upstate?
"The diversity. I love how I can spend a day in the lush mountains, at a bustling lake out on a boat, a rural country setting or a busy city day/night with fine dinning, all within minutes of Greenville. The diversity in landscape but also people, culture, food, hobbies. There is truly something for everyone!"
Where is your favorite place to eat in the Upstate?
"I usually prefer a small, casual place. The One 5 is our go to place."
What do you love to do in your free time?
"I love playing golf with my husband or weekends in the mountains watching my boys mountain bike. I recently started horse back riding lessons with a goal of fox hunting by the fall. If ever a free weekend, I’m usually at our farm in Landrum, SC."
What is your niche or specialization within the real estate market?
"With 20 years in the business, I especially enjoy working with clients where I feel like I’m truly helping them by educating and navigating the process. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful. I want my clients to see me as a real person with whom they can feel comfortable discussing their concerns, fears and stressors throughout this process. They trust that I will be honest and look after their best interest always."

"I try to be genuine and honest, listening to what my clients truly want and need. They know they can trust me and I’m working in their best interest."
What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
"The right time to buy real estate is always yesterday. Don't be scared of interest rates, buyer's market, seller's market, etc. Buying or selling a home is personal and best to discuss with a trusted realtor to help you make the right decision."

"This is a profession in which I have always had an interest. I love the daily challenges it brings and the relationships it creates."
What do you love the most about living in the Upstate?
"The Upstate has all four seasons, including an incredible fall. We are 1 hour from the Western North Carolina mountains and just 3 hours from the SC coastline."

"A casual last minute date night you can find me at Kitchen Sync. If it is a special occasion, Rick Erwin’s."
What do you love to do in your free time?
"Fly Fishing, Duck Hunting, Traveling, Tennis and Training my black labs."

"I enjoy the process of new development and bringing off-market opportunities to my buyer clients."
