A proud Clemson University graduate and former Alpha Delta Pi President, Larkin took it upon herself to learn everything she could about the Upstate and its neighborhoods when she began officially calling Greenville home after graduation. Quickly becoming involved in her church and local alumni organizations, it was not long before her network flourished.
Prior to real estate, Larkin ran her own social media marketing and content creation business where she supported Greenville’s small businesses.
Having spent almost a decade working in the creative marketing industry from New York City to the Upstate, Larkin began evaluating exactly what it is that truly excites and inspires her.
Finding herself inspired by the potential of people and places, energized by Greenville’s growth, a strong passion for coming alongside others and a desire to help others build a life they love in Greenville too, it was only natural that real estate was the next step in Larkin’s career.
