Alexis Furman knows that real estate is about the art of building relationships. Her Greenville roots run deep, and her commitment to her clients runs even deeper. In her seven years in the real estate business, she has become a consistent top performer by truly understanding the market and tirelessly advocating for her clients, many of whom have become cherished friends. Whether educating them on the newest design trends, providing strategies for maximizing the value of their investment, or connecting them to the resources and opportunities that abound in her hometown, Alexis, consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to become a valued and trusted part of her clients’ lives long after the sale.
A proud graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School and Clemson University, Alexis comes to Wilson Associates from another top local brokerage, where she was named to the Chairman’s Circle of top-producing agents for the past three years. With her deep community connections and relationships, unparalleled professionalism, and expert negotiation skills, Alexis is the type of agent people want in their corner.
While she has experience buying and selling houses at all price points and from/for all sellers and buyers, as a self-professed history nerd and a young mother, she has a particular passion for old houses and young couples just starting their lives and families. Having bought and renovated an old Sears catalog house herself, she thrills in showcasing the craftsmanship and unique character older homes offer, researching their stories, and helping to bring them back to full life, often by finding each house the perfect family and each family the perfect house. She also brings in-depth knowledge of many of the most desirable areas of the city, having grown up in the Parkins Mill area and lived off Augusta Road for several years.
Alexis and her husband, Robert, who is also a Greenville native and Christ Church and Clemson alumnus, live in their renovated bungalow with their one year old son, James and their beloved golden doodle, Blue. She is a member of Grace Church and active in Radiance Bible Study, Clemson Young Alumni, and the Goddard School parent group. She is also a fixture at Christ Church Episcopal School, where she served as an alumni board member from 2016-2021.
