Richard Black has come home to the perfect profession, one that fulfills a natural born desire to connect with others and to serve his community. What Richard most enjoys about being a real estate agent is having so many opportunities to meet new people and the satisfaction that comes from helping his clients realize their home goals. Richard grew up on a farm in west Tennessee, which helped to instill the strong work ethic and integrity he applies to everything he does. Action-oriented and full of focused, positive energy, Richard is quick to put his clients at ease, and to earn their confidence through his attention-to-detail, responsiveness and follow-through. He’s also an agent who understands first-hand the stress and uncertainty that’s involved in buying or selling a home, as well as having to relocate many times over! Richard has bought and sold 9 homes over the course of a successful sales career that involved moving all over the US. Having been on both sides of many real estate transactions, he knows the importance of really listening, of maintaining frequent communication and of creating strong partnerships. As someone who could have lived anywhere, Richard and his wife Emmy chose Greenville as the ideal place to raise their young son.
