Sharon Wilson is a name that has been synonymous with outstanding performance in the Greenville real estate market for decades. Her signature style – a winning combination of graciousness, approachability, attention-to-detail, tenacity and uncompromising professionalism – has earned Sharon accolades from her peers and clients alike, as well as industry recognition at the highest level.
Prior to co-founding Wilson Associates in 2014 with Nick Carlson (VP/Broker), Sharon was a longtime top producer at one of Greenville’s largest franchised real estate firms. She consistently has been recognized as a Top Ten agent in Greenville, and has won sales awards local and regionally. A member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio, Sharon’s average sales price is among the highest on the Greenville MLS.
Recognition aside, Sharon’s motivation to succeed has never been about achieving awards or setting sales goals per se, it has always been about loving what she does…and the rewards that come from satisfying the needs of her clients and of building success, one great relationship at time. Conducting business with the ultimate goal of doing “What’s best for the client” is the guiding mindset of Wilson Associates, and of Sharon Wilson, President and Broker in Charge.
Clients in turn, can expect no less than the exceptional when working directly with Sharon…or with Wilson Associates. Now the successful co-owner in one of Greenville’s top performing real estate agencies, Sharon loves being able to share her knowledge, wealth of experience, sphere of influence and connections to help others develop into successful real estate agents. One of her favorite aspects of running her own company has been the opportunity to hand pick, and to mentor a team of real estate professionals who share her work ethic to exceed client expectations as well as Wilson Associate’s corporate commitment to find ways to give back to the community.
A seventh generation Greenvillian, Sharon believes in the importance of “sharing the love,” and has always been actively involved in organizations that serve the betterment of the community and its people. She is a benefactor to The Antiques, Fine Art & Design of Greenville County Museum of Art, Artisphere and a member of The Junior League of Greenville. She is a donor to The Peace Center for the Performing Arts and a former Board Members of Project Host and the CC Pearce Community Culinary School. She was also a founding Board Member for the McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville, SC. She presently serves on the Nominating Committee of the Greenville Board of Realtors.
