Melissa Tofield comes to Wilson with nearly 20 years of real estate experience and a passion for helping others. She has helped thousands of families find and sell homes, while providing a warm welcome to our area for many who have relocated here. Her relationship with and respect for Wilson founders Sharon Wilson and Nick Carlson go back many years to a time when all three worked together at another local firm and shared a common approach to real estate and core professional values. Tofield also shares Wilson Associates’ deep commitment to community service, highlighting it as one of the primary reasons for her decision to join the agency. Melissa attended Georgia Southern University and is a long-time supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the Alzheimer’s Foundation and Autism Speaks.
Carolyn Haas brings a unique skills set to her role at Wilson Associates. While she has earned the praise of many former real estate clients, she has a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling and owns Twill, a women’s clothing boutique on Augusta Road. Her background in counseling has been especially helpful in negotiations and managing client relationships and differences of opinions among buyers, and the business acumen she has gained through running her own business has given her an edge in handling complex transactions. Haas is a Greenville native whose family has deep roots in the area. She holds an undergraduate degree from Converse College and a graduate degree from Clemson University and is an active member of the Augusta Circle Elementary School PTA, a Meals on Wheels volunteer and a dedicated supporter of the Belaire Community Partners afterschool program in the Judson Mill district.
