"Sharon Wilson inspired me to get my license after she had hired me to show clients of hers around town to find a rental when I owned my relocation company. I went active in real estate 6 week after having my daughter. I was working a corporate job at the time and they would only allow me to take 6 weeks of maternity leave. What do you love most about living in the Upstate?
"The weather and the people are tied. I’m not outdoorsy but I love the scenery and close commutes to so many amazing places around us."
Where is your favorite place to eat in the Upstate?
"I don’t want to share my favorite, but I take many of my clients there after closing for a celebration dinner. My second favorite is Coral on S. Main Street. The food and people watching are great!"
What do you love to do in your free time?
"If the sun is out, I’m out in it. I’m getting back into road cycling after a 5 year hiatus. I also enjoy tennis on a Friday morning at the Pavilion."
What is your niche or specialization within the real estate market?
"Relocation to our area is my sweet spot. I love showing off where we live. Since I’ve relocated multiple times in my life, I know the ins and outs. I also owned a relocation company for many years prior to becoming an agent. I also love a challenge so new builds or “interesting” properties to buy or sell gets my creative mind going and I love anything to do with design."
What values do you prioritize in your real estate business?
"Tell the truth, always. I don’t sugar coat things and if I’m wrong, I own up to it. I took an oath as a Realtor to be ethical and I will always uphold that."
What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
"Don’t wait for the market to tell you what to do, do it when it feels right for your life."
In a parallel universe (where you're not a real estate agent), what do you think you'd be doing professionally?
“I would be a 3rd grade teacher. I love teaching and my relationship with my 3rd grade teacher still sticks with me. Having an impact matters.”

What do you love the most about living in the Upstate?
"Greenville is beautiful with its mountains and lakes but it offers everything one could want from a larger city; such as our fine arts center, many wonderful restaurants, luxurious accommodations and spas and of course the Swamp Rabbit Trail. This is due to the wide variety of industries that the Upstate holds which brings in a diverse group of residents to make us a culturally rich area."

"L'Incanto in downtown Greer."
What do you love to do in your free time?
"I love to walk with my husband and dog through our beautiful neighborhood, go to the gym and spend time with my extended family that I am blessed to live near. My hobbies include traveling, trying new restaurants and socializing with friends."

"I have diverse experience with all types of buyers; from first-time buyers who are just learning the process of mortgages, the importance of a good credit score and having their down payment secured to luxury cash buyers who may want acreage, a pool and pool house, or possibly a second home."

"I share my expertise in a compassionate manner knowing that this can be a stressful time in the lives of my clients."

"Listen to the advice of your agent. If selling, the agent knows how to put your home's best foot forward and if buying your agent will guide you on steps to make you competitive in the marketplace."

What do you love the most about living in the Upstate?
"Having grown up here, I love seeing the progress we have made. Seeing downtown be brought back to life has been so fun to watch. When I was younger I never dreamed that most of my childhood friends would end up back in Greenville. But as Greenville has continued to grow and thrive as a city, it has shown that we have so much to offer."
Where is your favorite place to eat in the Upstate?
"Jianna, the ricotta crustini can’t be beat and sitting on the patio. Also love Takosushi- it’s a birthday staple for Robert and I. Who doesn’t want cheese dip and sushi?"
What do you love to do in your free time?
"Drinking wine outside (🤪 just kidding...kind of), playing with my son outside, traveling, and reading."
What is your niche or specialization within the real estate market?
"First time home buyers, Greenvillians returning home, doctors/ dentists coming to Greenville for residency, and grandparents moving here to be close to their kids and grandbabies."
What values do you prioritize in your real estate business?
"Loyalty and fairness. Real estate is a deeply personal business and I think so many people forget that a home is where you’re going to spend most of your time. So getting to know my clients on a personal level is key."
What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
"Patience. As a seller, pricing correctly has never been more important. With higher interest rates, buyers are not willing to jump unless a home is priced correctly. Buyers, a good, local lender is worth their weight in gold. That first step is crucial as we are still having plenty of multiple offer situations. A good lender and a qualified agent may just be the determining factor that pulls you out ahead of the competition."

"A history professor because I love to research and write."
