Flavia Harton

At its core, real estate is about building community and trust. Over the course of her more than 16 years in Greenville, Flavia Harton has become a true pillar of the community. She has generously given her time and talents and worked tirelessly in support of countless Greenville non-profit and cultural organizations to improve our city and make people feel more at home. These efforts have given her a deep connection to and understanding of Greenville and the opportunities for people to thrive here.

Flavia has served or currently serves in leadership roles on the boards of The Greenville Symphony Orchestra, Artisphere, The Greenville County Museum Association, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate, Greenville Women Giving, United Way of Greenville County, Greenville County Museum, Museum and Gallery and the Upstate American Heart Association Heart Ball. Statewide, she currently serves on the board of the South Carolina Historic Society and was personally appointed by Governor Henry McMaster to serve on the South Carolina Arts Commission Board.

In addition to her chartable work, Flavia also successfully operated a small business for many years as a Pure Barre franchisee. During that time, she supervised a staff of ten and shared her passion for creating healthier lifestyles through physical movement with many local residents.

A certified interior designer with an eye for heightened aesthetics, Flavia has recently begun the next phase of her journey to help the people of by becoming a real estate agent with Wilson Associates. For her, it’s a natural progression born from a desire to leverage her considerable community connections and personal skills in the most useful way possible.

Those who’ve worked with Flavia are quick to note her tremendous eye for detail, talent for understanding and relating to people, drive to serve others and problem solving abilities. As someone who genuinely loves people, she relishes the chance to assist neighbors in finding the right fit for their unique needs. She’s quick to tell anyone that finding the right home is foundational to building a happy and successful life, and she is thrilled to be a part of that journey.

In addition to her love of the arts, Flavia also has a natural gift for languages. Born into an Italian family in Brazil, she is fluent in both Portuguese and English and extremely proficient in Italian and French. She and her husband, Lynn, live in Greenville with their pampered pups, Teddy and Winston.
